EFT stand for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is a very flexible personal change technology that can be used to transform the emotional impact of a large variety of challenges.
It is easy to learn and can be used on your own to improve current feelings immediately (anxiety, irritation, sadness, etc.).
With skilled facilitation, EFT creates change at the root of the problem so it doesn’t come back.
EFT is a simple, fast and highly effective technique that gets lasting results. That’s why Tony Robbins now uses EFT in his Strategic Intervention Training, and Jack Canfield uses it in his Breakthrough To Success Training.
