Quick Start EFT
Here’s a quick video to show you the rapid-change tool we’ll use together on your Fearless Speaking Audio. These are the bare-bone basics of EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping.
EFT is a technique where east meets west – where acupressure meets psychology. By activating acupressure points with your own fingertips while saying specific phrases connected to your challenge, you can experience rapid changes that have lasting results. Tapping breaks the connection between your past feelings or thoughts with your current behavior – in this case so you can relax when you’re speaking.
